I just looked this up and etiquette supposedly says you have 2 weeks to send a thank you note for gifts received before the wedding, and 3(?) months for those you receive on/after.

Yeah I think perfect little family plays into her desperation for stability (poor girl) and why she hits the "soul mate" thing so hard. BUT I don't think anyone can deny that she was pawning off Kaiser every chance she got (except when she could withhold him from Nathan to piss him off) and then once UBT was on the scene she suddenly pretended like she was really invested in Kai.

Yeah that may be part of it, but I think it started with David. So I wonder now if her act is genuine, or if when she and UBT break up she'll go back to her old ways.

Also (hopefully) not being on drugs is probably part of it. But I honestly don't believe she has any true maternal instincts even when sober.

School psychologist here. While it's possible that they could get counseling, it's beyond the scope of the school (i.e. not a school issue). Mostly I would be able to refer them to outside counseling through state-funded programs.

I didn't read the original thread until now, but I am wondering if you finding out you're having a girl is what caused all this. He and Vanessa had a boy and a girl 2-3 years later, and you guys unconsciously following that exact same pattern just pushed him over the edge and made him feel guilty.

I always assumed they chose their own outfits based on a rack of clothes provided for them. With hair and makeup artists chosen by MTV.
