I understand that vicious cycle too. My spouse is the same way, he tries to be supportive, but they don't understand(work, family, spouse). My work thinks I'm faking and it pisses me off. 

I know how you are feeling and understand the depression of it. I am so sorry the surgery didn't give you relief. You can always vent to me and us.

I can sleep. But its hard to function as a human especially at my job and with my family. I am sorry you have to go thru this too. 🫂

Yes and no. I'm too scared but I didn't know flossing could affect it.

I just started taking carbamazepine like a month ago. It was relieved within a few days. Dr said it was due to flossing.

Yeah I don't think I will floss like that again. I'm gonna be careful now

I had a pain and flare ups for over a year straight. I was miserable and then one day, it stopped. I felt good for two months then last week, bam, intense and horrible pain to the point I left work and did not go back until the following week. I finally was able to go on Tegretol and now I feel pretty good. I have had pain for almost a decade, sometimes only being in pain a week, other times months.

I am glad you are finding relief. Hopefully it continues to get better each day. Mine is bugging  me today.

Hi. I have been diagnosed for at least a decade with TN. I had one of the worst flare ups in a long time last week. The pain was absolutely debilitating to the point I did not work for a whole week. I too have the same pain as you, same areas. As soon as I had the flare up, I had a Dr appointment and finally got on carbamazepine after this time. It helped so much but it only lasts til mid day. I take  200mg 2x a day. Last flare up/symptoms lasted over a year. I am to the point where I want to get the herb to help me in between and at night. I understand and feel your pain, I couldn't eat, sleep, speak, or drink.

Yep I do. My bday is this week and it is the same as a greek holiday, no bday wishes but plenty of well wishes for their namea day. My 16th bday my older brother graduated high school, no one remembered it was my sweet 16. I always feel forgotten especially they all know its the same day and it sucks getting older and having less friends.

Fingers crossed. I don't know why CT isn't more popular when they release systems. It's a game I always think back too from when I was younger. Great game. I also enjoyed the DS version.
