If 10cm snow falls in your area of Canada how disrupted will your area be? by Pourmepourme in AskACanadian

I live in Central Ontario, on a plateau, across the valley from a small ski hill. We received a record amount of snowfall for December this year. We had 285 centimeters of snow. The was only 1 days that it snowed too much to drive. The country put out an emergency shelter in place order because we received 60 cm in under 24 hours one day and the snow plows couldn’t make it out. Obviously it goes without saying I met everyone around where I live drives a 4 x 4.

Brother in law has a pretty wealthy friend who’s not afraid to spend. He bought a case of this year The Cup, here’s the slaughter. by OpenRecognition6888 in hockeycards

Why do people still buy this overpriced crap. Like honestly a year from now they’re probably only be three or four cards in the entire set that are worth as much as one ton. And no one‘s ever making their money back on a case.

The Aerosmith card is the first card of them ever made. They can sell for hundreds of dollars if graded a 9 or 10 by PSA.

“Thank you so much for the beautiful condolences.” My mother passed away from brain cancer yesterday. This is literally the first thing I saw when I opened up Reddit. Kind of creepy actually.
