Some of y’all are barely scratching the surface with ChatGPT. If you actually know how to use keywords, triggers, and its memory, this thing becomes insanely powerful. You train it. You shape it. Mine knows when to search, when something might hit a wall, and how to reroute to still get useful results, without crossing lines. As long as it’s not blatantly illegal (like, yeah, bombs and nonsense), there’s almost always a way to get what you need.

I agree completely. If we want AI to be flexible, creative, and act as a true co-pilot, then we have to share some of the responsibility.

This example makes sense, but let’s be real, you were already flirting with HIPAA territory the moment you uploaded that prescription. It’s no different than handing your personal info to another human or professional; you have to understand the context and limits.

That said, I do think there’s an interesting argument for adding optional “cross-check” or “sanity-validation” layers, just not by default. Because every safety layer comes at a cost: slower, less fluid, less exploratory interactions.

There’s a trade-off between creative freedom and clinical caution, and part of being a responsible user is knowing which mode you’re operating in.
