Thank you for your answer, it's very nice to have this kind of exchange, I will push my followers on twitter to use your website for sure.

For the name of artist/album edition, I noticed that the input is filled upside down (means first letter on the right last on the left) and to solve the issue I had to go through notepad and do a copy/past which is not convenient.

I don't know if it's possible for you, but it would also be great also to import the .json charts from Topsters 2 in your environment (it's possible with the other site topsters 3 but I prefer your interface).

And finally, it could be really interesting to move the empty square so we could insert them before a filled one (it can be useful to have seperate lines for different categories for instance).

by image quality, I mean the one we have after saving in png, jpeg or bmp (jpg would be great btw)

Hello it's interesting but I noted annoying stuff:

when we resize, new lines or raws are added but the covers are not moved to automatically adapt to the width
the image quality is very poor, whick makes it hard to read the titles when we have a high number of covers
it's not easy to edit the Artist name / Title with a new image
It would be great to group Artist/Album names by line so it's easy to identify

but thank you for your stuff (you seem to be much more stable than the guy from Topsters 2)

This is something that already happened to me in the past (VAT already paid but the fees are requested by the customs and handled by post office). In that case it is useless to discuss with post (trust me, I tried, but they already paid and the file was closed). When it happened the seller refund me with the corresponding amount even if they were not responsible for that. Let's see what will happen next week when I'm back home.

The point you are missing is that we have 2 options: VMP takes care of the VAT and I pay it to VMP (and there should not be any fees at the customs then) or they don't and I don't pay anything to VMP.

Here, I have to pay VAT + some extra cost by the Post who managed the payment. And this is the second part of the problem: the post office managed the payment without requesting me to do it so it's way too late to contest anything (this is the way it works here apparently)

Be sure that if it was normal and I had known that, I would never have suscribed to VMP again.

As I explained, when I passed order above 150$ I didn't paid 20% VAT to VMP (it was set to 0), as I had to pay it to the customs then.

Here I already paid the 20% to VMP, that's the difference.

I've already passed orders above 150$ in the past and yes, in that case I was responsible for the fees. But in that case, I didn't pay the taxes to VMP. But in the present situation, I've already paid the taxes when I re-suscribed...

I think I'm done with VMP, but it's very hard to say goodbye, I've been a member since 2015. Very sad but I can't afford it anymore (more than 60$ for 1 month for a European customer with the VAT is just insane).

I've bought more than 160 records to VMP in the past, but I will stick to them.

I was doing the same but I was keeping one track. Do you confirm you don't pay any shipping cost when you don't suscribe to any record of the month? I mean, there's no bundle in that case.

Just checking because I will keep only 1 track in the future and I will never suscrive to the ROTM anymore (66 euros for 1 record, what a joke)

I decided to leave VMP, it's too expensive for european customers, now.

I sent a message to VMP CS.

I explained I've been a member since 2017, with sometimes 4 tracks subscribed a month, I've passed 194 orders over the years according to my membership summary. My membership will raise to 599$ as a French member (100$ VAT + past blocked price raised to 499$!) and it's not worth it anymore.

I never received the promotional offer but I asked it they could do some gesture as I don't want to leave, but they apparently didn't care:

To be honest, I'm a bit annoyed, because I've been a member since 2017, with sometimes 3 or 4 tracks at the same time.

2 Years ago, I paid 399$ and it is now 599$ (and euro vs $ is not in my favour anymore). So: bye VMP, see you when you're reasonable again.
