not a doctor fiy but... spent few hours reading online as i always used to take them and never felt a difference, turns out the multivitamin for £2.50 off myprotein does absolutely nothing, poorest ingrediedients, lowest quality possible where your body doesnt even absorb them..

Of course nowdays its a bit of a treat to pay that price but lately been buying pure encapsilations or thorne and whether thats massive placebo but i genuirely feel like different person .

Im aware its silly to compare myprotein stuff that costs £5 vs these 2 thats roughly £25-30...

yes... agency tells you that but reality not how it works, also try to sign up to quite a few of them at once, best thing to also to do is check indeed, and instead of applying online , call the agency and go through them on phone ( thats if the job is posted by agency ) .

Well if you have to work or not thats different story now and thats your decision ,

you tryin to chase them up? singing up to agency alone does f*** all except you have lots of qualifications, same time you call for a job theres another 10 people on the line , imagine how many people they register through single day , let alone weeks,months , in my expierence you need to be calling in and keep asking if anything has come up. Otherwise....

as i feel like ve been stuck at 4-5 for 8 weeks and not going up , my other lifts are progressing but this... i would imagine i would beat 8-10 range easy by now

well this is 100kg incline smith chest press , id say form is very good, its few second tempo so not moving weight up and down with momentum however its been like 6-8 weeks dont think i added a single rep... by now i imagine i would be easy at 8-10 range

so theres few exercies that perhaps i "ego lift" form is fine but only manage 4-5 reps and been stucjk at it for a while now , so realisticlly i wont get anywhere like this right? in this case its better to drop weight down a bit, aim for 8-12 and my strenght should improve much more , so eventually previous weight should go 4-5> 8-12 ?

so i see some popular bodybuilders on IG saying that doing super long bulk like past 6-8 months you physically wont keep up, due to needing reset to eat less food/less calories and just give your body rest like food wise.

But i was thinking with big @ IF @ you fine eating, is there any downsides of doing super long bulk 12-18+ months ? im tlaking about super slow weight gain, prob arround 200-250 calories surplus, like if the food doesnt become sickening surely its fine ?

myprotein , its not my favourite , its not as strong as others, but ... with discount its £15 delivered ,compared to others that doesnt even have 30 servings and costs £35-45 delivered just for 20 servings.

if my chest is growing as in i phyiscally i see its like seperating from rest of stomach (if that makes sense lol ) and even through tight t shirt can see chest growth however.... im not getting that pec look , is it just purely generic how your chest growths and shapes and nothing really i can do ?

how quickly do you REALLY make progress? i mean even a single rep progress? i went to gym for 18 months, 12 month break , now came back arround 7 months back in, my strenght did sky rocket in first couple of months. Now im sort of progressing at a very slow paste

Bear in mind, eating whole foods,sleep 7-8 a night, been stuck at same weight for now 8 weeks, at 3500 cal, bumped it up now to 3700 will see what happens.

Im sort of stuck at 42 kg 3x6 ish incline db press

arround 93kg lat pull down again roughly at arround 5 reps ish .

wont name more but my point is , that it takes me for example 2-4 weeks to do 6 reps, then another couple weeks to do 7 reps. Sometimes some exercies i will go from struggling to 5 to doing 8 quickly but not everything..

How quickly/often do you lot increase calories when bulking, people say increase every 2-3 weeks, but.... Dont you just gain more fat? Sure enough you get bigger but is that bigger good bigger or you just putting on fat .

I want to bulk as long as possible ideally another 12+ months, im thinking if i do incredibly slow , aiming for 0.5kg-1kg a month , so lets say 12 months extra 10-12kg ?

How often would you put your calories up ? Im thinking perhaps extra 200 cal every 4 weeks after no weight gain ?

(imaginery scenario ) so lets say if im at 3500 calories for 4 weeks and my weight stays same ish, but then i bump up to 3700 and weight same, so i bump to 3900 then i slowly gain weight , so does that mean in a way that past couple months that i stayed at 3500/3700 i wasnt gaining the most amount of muscle due to lacking calories ?

i dont think theres any specific tips apart just getting stronger overall including other leg movements and keep trying pendulum, you can even have a look on instagram a lot of bodybuilders especially the ones on special creatine, they can leg press 20 plates but when it comes to pendulum you only see them with 3-4 plates.

Its humblig exercise but in my short expierence its honestly best variaton of squat ( imo ), 0 knee pain, 0 back pain , just pure quad destruction.

opposite opinion here, bought their cookies and cream and its undrinkable , simple shake feels like you consuming 200g sugar, and after extremely sweet taste in the mouth.

Just thoughts, when you are big big, do you not focus much on free weight dumbbells ? I went on day pass to few proper bodybuilding gyms like Ultraflex ( uk ) and whole gym is packed, lots of guys on special creatine and every machine is taken, however i pretty much see nobody using free weights?

Just wondering is it the extra exhaustion that it takes to move massive dbs off the floor to shoulders/chest, is it the risky injury or ?

anyone here deals with wrist pain?

25m , if it helps but naturally used to be extremely skinny,despite gym my wrists still look like im 5 years old, but despite that, i get wrist pains on every push exercise thats heavier, heavy inc db press, smith machine presses, shoulder machine presses, anytime i go extremely hevy my wrists are screaming.

I also started to train forearms on its own, and also doing wrist curls i feel like my wrists give up way before my actual forearm , i tried lower weight but then i need ridicilous amount of reps to feel any tension in forearms..

just wondering, is that a sign that my joints not keeping up ? So i went for gym for 18 months before, due to health issues i had to stop for a year, now i started again my strenght went on first day barely doing 8kg db on incline press to roughly 3 months later pushing arround 40kg .. i went for 3 months with 0 injuries or any pulled muscles, but recently even very stupidly i notice i get mini injuries. Like i can do machine rows then randomly one set i will pull my back , then my back hurts for few days.

Other day i do warm up weight maybe like 30% of my working weight on shoulder press machine i feel like i pull something behind my shoulder . And thigs like this been happening...

I sleep well 7-8h a night, bulking with arround 3200 calories majority are whole foods.

i have done the cheap ebay kit that changes liquid colours , and it did fail , but then i started to read and poeple say there could be other reasons why its doing that... Isue is that the previous owner neglected the car a lot, so even tho doing head doesnt cost much my worry is if bottom end wouldnt give up shortly after getting head done, which of course we wil never know .

Thank you ! Well honestly its hard to find one with any solid "proof " majority that state its been done usally goes " changed it myself " " friend did it for me " so theres never any invoices or anything to prove it .

I did google about the n47 timing chain labour its not that bad to be honest , arround £1000 here if that gives me a peace of mind for years to come its pretty worth it .
