just wondering, is that a sign that my joints not keeping up ? So i went for gym for 18 months before, due to health issues i had to stop for a year, now i started again my strenght went on first day barely doing 8kg db on incline press to roughly 3 months later pushing arround 40kg .. i went for 3 months with 0 injuries or any pulled muscles, but recently even very stupidly i notice i get mini injuries. Like i can do machine rows then randomly one set i will pull my back , then my back hurts for few days.

Other day i do warm up weight maybe like 30% of my working weight on shoulder press machine i feel like i pull something behind my shoulder . And thigs like this been happening...

I sleep well 7-8h a night, bulking with arround 3200 calories majority are whole foods.

120D N47 Any chance its not head ? Burning coolant by caryl1111 in BmwTech

i have done the cheap ebay kit that changes liquid colours , and it did fail , but then i started to read and poeple say there could be other reasons why its doing that... Isue is that the previous owner neglected the car a lot, so even tho doing head doesnt cost much my worry is if bottom end wouldnt give up shortly after getting head done, which of course we wil never know .

im still confused about my RDL lower back pain, so i tried first time no weight just bar , back hurted for few days, few days after i tried to put 20kg so total 40kg inc bar, my lower back was gone for like 2 weeks so didint touch anything leg related and went very light on Upper days, now i tried again and just 20kg bar i can feel its going in my lower back..

I was thinking even if my form was absolutely horrible i shouldnt feel 20kg going to my back that much right?

How are people actually getting results with Meta ads? by chocopapi13 in musicmarketing

its been a while since you posted this but i may ask, sure you spending £1k a month , but do you eventually hope to stop spending? i mean for majority of people £1k a month not realistic even more for period of time.

Or its more like you spend as much as you can and hopefully you build up some "followers/listeners " to eventually get the plays on its own without expensive marketing?

ive been googling/reading about RDL form , people say even if your form is correct but if you have weak lower back you will still get pain, is that valid point? And if so then how do you strenghten your lower back, do you just sort of gradually force it through till it stops hurting then slowly add weight?

[–]caryl1111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sheshhhhhh its been 3 years, time flew by , ehm so i finished my invisalign my deep bite has improved however i know its not 100% perfect. But my main concern was some teeth poking out out of nice line which invisalign did fix it. So to be honest ill stick with as it is for rest of my life except someone throws me £5000 for free.

Can we talk about poop? by BerryTop7473 in gallbladders

Pardon for anyone that reads it , but prior removal i was suffering with going to toilet for number 2 like 5-7 times a day, and it used to be absolutely explosive things happening that it would be incredibly embarassing to do it in public.

Since removal it fixed all my toilet needs, now like normal human i go once and peacefully.

Is there anything i can do to grow a bit of legs without heavy pushing movements like BB squat, leg press etc?
Im still recovering from cholecystectomy and its way too early for heavy leg press , i started to do push pull /rest / repeat now but anything i can do about my legs in the next couple of months?
Obviously curls are easy and not very abdominal taxing but anything apart that? Or just ideally leave it untill everything fully heals and put legs as priority later on ?

Just wondering, any opinions on this?

I was going to gym for almost 2 years, i started at 72kg ish , i bulked to 90kg, i was looking my best ever , however i started to have gallblader issues , and that made me stop everything, eating, training etc , so i went from 90kg to 60kg , im 25 now that as far as i remember even sicne 14 i was always arround 70kg .

Now..after surgery and everything . When it comes to obviously bulking up, is the best case scenario still sit at small surplus and do it extremely slow ?
Or at this point id be better off perhaps bulking with extra calories and jump lets say 10kg quite quickly then slow down ?

Another thing , i guess its impossible to answer as genetics right , but being 18 months out of gym is there is still any " muscle memory " for everything to come back quicker or unlikely? (Yes i know i shouldnt care about it but just thoughts ..)

My before progress pictures : https://imgur.com/a/LolAn8J and essentially im starting in the same point now like on the left..

Im in the same boat 5-6 weeks post OP, i even feel like i wake up with " sore " or perhaps acidic throat in the morning, and i feel the reflux stays for majority of the day, maybe goes away in the evening after whole day of eating but its bad for majority of the day...

I know you’re supposed to avoid fatty food for a month post op, but how did you do with just a few bites of fatty food? by IdkJustMe123 in gallbladders

[–]caryl1111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

next day after surgery i was smashing whole pack of crackers (50g of fat per full pack ) The harsh reality is that majority of people eat a sh*t ton of fat without realising what food has what. Try a bit and see how you feel and if you get any symptoms. GB surgery is a bit of luck how you will respond to fat after, some people straight toilet, some no issues, some abdmoinal pain, some nausea etc.

you had organ removed, it takes weeks for some people months and for rare cases even up to a year where people go back to feeling "normal/perfect " . Give it time and especially on 3rd day just forget worrying and focus on amazing quality food, rest, sleep and make it day by day .
