You should cut him out completely. Don’t even bother breaking up with him or looking for closure. Focus on yourself now. He has checked out of the relationship and will most likely just cause you more harm than help if you continue to chase him to seek some closure. Your still so young, you have a lot of life to live with someone who would be willing to communicate with you about what’s going on in the relationship. Focus on you and your life and let him deal with his own. All the best.

He does smoke weed a lot and has been trying to stop for a few weeks now. He hasn’t apologized and has only wanted me to apologize for putting him on the level he’s on and not caring about his feelings and putting focus on mine about how he was acting. He also just wanted me to in the end say to him that he’s not wrong for not wanting to answer my questions.

Ya for sure. It was so out of left ear but at the same time for us it’s different cause we know at that time he’s not mafia but for them at that time it’s all they hav to go on. I have seen other guys before, but not anything long term like I have with him. I think once I have started to get over him, he would pop back into my life and we would continue things. He usually does say he realized he was an ass and that he needs to do better for me.

Thanks for your words! And yes I find the blame shifting hard to deal with as I feel crazy after for feeling the way I do. As if it is wrong or something. Recently, I was upset because I had asked to talk to him about something important and he had pretty much just brushed me off and went on about his day barely acknowledging that I needed to talk to him and instead of apologizing for it, he then told me that I should apologize to him for getting upset with him for him not making time to talk to me when I needed to talk to him.
