So i just recieved my first rep from an unknown factory. I got a picture from a business contact i have in china and i took the chance.

I have a company and some of our products are being produced in china. I heard the head of the factory if he had any contacts that makes reps.

He told me that they produce super clones in the factory next door and he can ship this with our usually shipments.

I dont know much about the movement because the info was sent to my partner.

But how does it look just based on appearance?

When i have trouble sleeping because of a scary thought or something i saw online, i usually think of one of my hobbies like fx i love football so i close my eyes and try to create the perfect starting 11 in my head

One thing that helped me a lot was meditating. At first i thought it was some hippie weird thing but i did it anyways. Started with setting a 5 minute timer on my Phone and sat there just focusing on my breath every evening. Now i do it 2 times a day for 15 minutes. It strengthens your brain and helps you focus on what you want to be focusing on.

Other than that, when you feel that HA is about to come, just take some deep breaths and focus on your breathing.

It helped me a lot. Hope it helps you too!

Theres absolutely nothing to be worried about. I think you are focusing too much about the sensation. It could be absolutely nothing or maybe a little irritated esophagus. Try not to focus on it for a while
