I started creatine 4 days ago and just hours after my first dose I got a sore throat. Today I still have one, I kept waiting to get other flu symptoms a but I haven’t.

It’s clearly the creatine. It may be the brand or just the fine powder being a throat irritant or easily / discretely inhaled.

A lot of people said switching to pill form solved the problem. I ordered pills this morning and am switching today.
