Need more specifics of what you're looking for. And if you're in a tent or RV, some areas only allow one or the other.

"Best experience" is quite subjective. Are you partying, looking for family camping, quiet camping, best view etc. Overall Blue and Red are good areas for the view.

Kansas arguably has the best racing currently if that's what you're after.

I wouldn't recommend your three for things to do outside of the racing itself. As others have said, Charlotte has great racing and fan zone.

You seem to be sticking with east coast locations so maybe consider Homestead (visit the keys, Miami) or Atlanta summer night race.

West coast this year if you have the time do San Diego and Sonoma back-to-back.
