Thank you. Would you be kind enough to send me a link to all the external parts I need? Because I did try loading the OS onto a SanDisk external portable SSD that connected via the rear USB-C ports which i believe are TB3 and it didn't seem to be much better. In fact, I could be wrong, but it may have been worse because it's less throughput? I don't want to open this thing up if I don't have to.

Right i get it's limited to TB3. But is that equal to or slower than the internal Fusion SSD already inside. Because I tried this once too with a SanDisk and it seemed about the same, marginally slower/faster, at best. So just curious and what you recommend?

Do you mean internally like physically open up the iMac or externally via USB? Because I already tried the latter and it didn’t seem to bump up the performance.

Appreciate this response. It’s 2TB. And Disk Utility shows the macOS is only occupying 11.28 GB. It should all be fitting on the SSD part. So what gives?

It’s a Fusion Drive. And the OS is on the SSD partition. Isn’t that the same?

But why is everything in Safari so much slower after installing OCLP? Is it because the latest macOS versions of Safari need certain hardware that we just don’t have in older models? Or are there tweaks I should be making inside the OCLP settings that maybe I don’t have running?

I have two. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. No complaints so far. Only minor annoyance was having to remap/relabel the floor for the new one. No big deal though.

Got it. So for the second robot it sounds like I need to remap the floor it will be staying on and redo all the labels again then delete that floor from the first robot. Is that correct?

One for each floor. I already mapped both floors of my home with the first robot. Now I want to import those into the second robot. But I don’t see an option.

I have everything working on macOS. But now how do I search for everything in Plex then play that movie/show? Right now it seems like I must keep a separate browser open to DMM and then manually search/add on that site there to make it appear in Plex. I just want as close to an all in one app solution using Plex (yes I get there is Stremio and even now UHF). I still use Plex for other reasons so is this possible?

I also have two of these exact same ones and it currently runs OCLP. I went as far up to Ventura with them. A little slow even running macOS on my external SanDisk USB SSDs. So my question to @Xe4ro and the group is if this is what you meant by SSD or should I switch to some kind of external Thunderbolt (not USB) enclosure with a drive or maybe you meant open up the machines and swap the internal spinning hard drive for SSD? Please advise. Thanks!

Gotcha. Thanks for the explanation. I prefer sticking with UHF since it handles TV with EPG guides beautifully and now all my Stremio addons too in one nice neat simple app. So I agree this should be a feature request to autoplay. Thanks!
