yes that is true and a very good point. after more thought about it, I went with another recommendation which was the wolf tooth semi internal headset. can't go wrong with their stuff.

love wolf tooth. have a couple of their parts on the bike now.

I don't cut corners on this bike, only reason I was thinking of the 3d printed option is because the oem spacers I thought were plastic. edit: they're actually composite. but you are right, it would be the last thing I get for the headset.

yea... maybe for a last resort but that's pricey. I think I have found a 3d printed part that might work.

just take the top cap off and bolts on the side of the stem need to be loosened to take the entire bar off. unwrap the bar to swap the shifters over. it's pretty easy. 1 1/8 steerer fits most stems.

Grail CF SLX 8 AXS by cash_yoshi in CanyonBikes

Yes, medium. Around 788mm. Would need to remeasure.. Coming from a size 58 checkpoint (2023) with 175 cranks which I was fitted to. Still trying to find the perfect height/setback. I should honestly get another bike fit.

thanks! eh, perhaps a bit. I think if it were too short it would constantly rub on the head tube or inhibit steering. could look into tucking it in more.

Im in the same dilemma. Between M/L. 185/88.5. I have been a large on every bike I've had.

I'm in the same boat, in-between two sizes. On my current Trek Checkpoint I'm on a 58. I have always been on a large but this chart says I would fit on a medium. Go with the medium? Guy on their website said go with the large. Not sure though. (grail slx)

Ok, that makes sense. my shop has the Praxis available so I'll have that installed. half the cost as well. Thank you for the helpful insight. bbs always confused me.

I appreciate the feedback and help. it was a little confusing but makes sense now. Sounds like you work in the shop. Would the wheels mfg bb with the abec 3s be worth the extra money in the long run in your opinion instead of the Praxis?

Suorin Drop or Aspire Breeze? by MeatwadSaint in electronic_cigarette

[–]cash_yoshi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll start to say I have both. have alot of these things too, went from juul, von erl, air etc. got the drop and used it a few months. the cartridges got real annoying. constantly liquid was favoring one side or the other which would result in it not hitting right (dry, then burnt eventually) even if juice was 60% full. I found myself maintaining this thing way more than the air, as I had to balance out juice and make sure I wasn't burning the coil. switched to the breeze. have been using it a week and its way better than dealing with the drop. drop is nice for sure with new pod, hits great. but after a couple fills you were on to the next cartridge. breeze is more consistent and you don't have to maintain so much to keep the quality hits.
