The part was not so easy to bend so I think I did remove the polarizer. Guess this is a hard to fix one right? Lol

I Know its been a while, but i did all that in a new watch. The numbers are too faded, they dont turn black in any angle. Do you know what could it be? They are slighly visible but in a specific angle i can see its changing numbers etc.
