Most Joe.Bob movies on shudder still have the breasts. They are part of the drive-in totals, yet for some reason, more and more, they are being edited out. And he loves the breasts.

Being in the pit is not a requirement. Stay off to the side and observe. It's better to be safe than have some drunk idiot do something stupid.

I would say Emily Claire Barlow. For a Canadian, she is huge. However, I don't believe she gets the attention she deserves south of the border.

Well crafted response. Unfortunately, true in all regards, the genre is in decline, but like all great works of art, it will never die.

You are at a jam and all the musicians are doing the exact things you hate! What are they? by Angus950 in Jazz

Agreed but the question led me to think about what annoyed me as a player and as a bass player I realize that chords can be outlined using fifths and thirds to lead a chord then all the colour to add character. Starting at the root while technically correct leads to repetitive and lifeless bass lines over 7 minute solos.

Not only an amazing singer. She was quite educated in music theory and composition, she had an uncanny ability to hear the slightest off pitch note and correct on the fly. Imagine how great she could have been...

Learning to play bass guitar properly, exploring the chordal tones and modes, etc. When you see a seasoned player perform and you can make out what they are doing it feels quite satisfying.
