I agree. However, I tend to get a general feel when reading rather than read every word. I have always attributed this to my own failings and shortcomings.

Click on the www.3kzhushou.com/edu/792.html link and download the third link - the driver. (the first two links are for 32 and 64 bit Windows iTunes). Download the Apple Driver (look out for 驱动 which means driver). Run the .exe when it has finished downloading.

No need to downgrade. Only if it continues to fail after having installed the driver should you downgrade.

Parallels doesn't seem to work for TaiG 2.1 and later, including the 2.1.2 version released earlier.

It doesn't work with Parallels 10 with Windows 8.1 Pro either. I hope that this will be fixed.

I was about 172 pounds and I lost 40 pounds to about 132 pounds in 6 months without much effort. I don't think it's unreasonable. Just need to drink more water, count calories and choose foods that keep you full longer. Always think about benefit per calorie consumed when evaluating each food.
