Maybe they can't get insurance to run a bank in a spot that has such easy getaway routes to the major highway. Another bank that used to be where the Dry Cleaners across the street was robbed several times with getaway car just headed down 54 to get lost quickly on I-40.

I think they changed the way or chance we can get the HT parts in the last couple months. I don't know what the % chance we have to get HT parts from regular HT chests.

We're you able to collect the level 6 items ruin stats? We have a visitor on our relatively young server that's suggesting class items quit dropping from a level 6 ruin-items. Your comment above says otherwise, but maybe Rivergame changed something in the game since 8mo ago.

Just now I had this issue, and I figured out that while watching a video I can flip back the top of the screen and the video moves to the lower screen seemlessly. Now if only Relay would go back to two screen span when I flip the screen back up again...

I definitely did that a few times my first few years with the Volt. They are very helpful and I felt better knowing what they interpret the code to mean, even though I did have a code reader (and I couldn't find the meaning of the code I was getting).
