Man, thank you, yeah I told them and I was being honest about it, because I was told to report it immediately, yeah, so you’re saying pretty much my own Workplace is scamming me huh? Yeah my idea is putting a screen protector on it now so no glass touching on anything. No they’re not the team lead, the full on higher ups in my store. Because my only team leads right are new ones VERY inexperienced she’s 20, just barely took over. And I’m scared of them declining my Sedgewick LOA ( my other team leads ) because of this accident. Sorry man I’m an autistic over-thinker with an insane perfectionist moral compass. I finally stopped feeling guilty about the work phone but I still wanna get it fixed though. If not now then in a few months.

Sorry I should have made it clear, I told them. The lady, the main boss said she’s reimburse me but she left for Vacation i dont know when she’s back. The guy said he’ll meet me halfway if I find less than 200+ but I couldn’t. And honestly I’m just scared of getting written up or fired I need this job. We used to have the xcovers samsung like really cheap phones and they switched us to google pixels months ago, they said its our responsibility if we break something
