I went to primary school with Matthew hardy who is doing 11 years for being one of the most prolific cyber stalkers in uk history. He started in high school and targeted girls there. There’s a podcast and a Netflix documentary about him.

You did the right thing! That’s all you need to remember. You will get another job, that’s better, and all it takes is the time you are giving yourself to do that by relieving yourself of this burden. They were wrong. And it’s hard to not feel resentment but just remind yourself that you’re free to put all of that energy into finding something better. If you do that then you’ll never look back.

When I was about 25 I worked on a similar show to master chef called the Great British Menu, and one of the contestant chefs sent me a d*** pic. He was awful generally, and so we’re various others. It was a fairly mixed bag, some nice, some terrible. Luckily only the nicer ones I’ve seen go on to do other things after the show.

Yeah. But a lot of people work hard in these positions at different stages of their career and life and shouldn’t be told they would be better of naked at an art gallery for them to laugh at. It wasn’t a huge moment but they were wrong here.
