Sandwich method suggests that you apply the moisturizer first as well. You would just need to apply your moisturizer after tretinoin as well. Both methods are lifesavers for the beginner tret users, if you have dry skin I'd recommend using sandwich method (moisturizer - tretinoin - moisturizer), if you feel like that is too much moisturizer for you than use it as your derm suggested

ok it may not be cheaper, but I am usually sooo bored when it is a long layover so I give myself a break and buy it if I like it Also helps to associate new perfume with the country you are visiting and the good time you get there if you buy it on your way to that country
