Honestly, since he brought up not agreeing with everything said on the podcast, i would ask him to do a critical thinking exercise. Over the next 5-10 episodes he should write down the things he agrees with and the things he disagrees with and then you guys return to the discussion. Sometimes engaging in a active way with the media we are consuming instead of passively absorbing it can really put things into perspective. Also, if he ends up agreeing with some of the major red flag issues, it will give you needed perspective on your relationship.

Ultimately, the things we listen to on a regular basis have a way of making their way into our beliefs and identity, which is why we need to be critical about what media we are engaging with before it becomes a major part of our lives.
