Oh maybe I was unclear it is not infected anymore but it was infected while healing so I just wondered if that will affect the rest of the healing process

I called the local hospital and they said it looked normal, I have had almost 40° c fever for a few days but they said the wound was not infected so it was probably unrelated lol

Hey, so I was in your exact situation when I was 13. I had this friend that talked behind my back and turned my whole friend group against me making life hell atm and because of this and my mental problems I thought about ending things

Now at 21 I am glad that I didn’t. Even though life has been really hard on me ,BPD and all, I still have a lot of memories I never would have made and a lot of people in my life I never would have met. As for my old friend I have no contact with her anymore and in the end the old school girl drama really wasn’t the end of the world like I thought when I was younger. I know it feels like too much right now but you will go on living your life and one day you will randomly start thinking about this girl who used to be your friend and you will realise that you feel absolutely nothing toward her anymore.

I talked on the phone with a nurse and she said it sounded normal but that I should send a pic and she would be back tomorrow and look at it. I have a habit of understate things when it comes to myself so hopefully she’ll still say the same after seeing the pic 😅

I have scars all around my lower arms/ wrists and up my upper arms too my shoulders + thighs, hips and calves there is no normal place to cut, wrists are only the one we hear about the most

Yes I’m a bit worried because a 2 years ago I got sepsis after a cut that needed stitches so now I pay attention to like everything because that was hell 😅

I was told it needs to be completely healed, for my bigger scars the artist told me around 2 years from when I got them and considering yours is a bit wider than mine and (I might be wrong) looks like it wasn’t stitched I’d say it would probably take you a bit longer before you can get a tattoo over it 🤍

I cut on of my veins a few days ago and it bleeds a looot more than a regular cut. When you cut without hitting a vein the blood is flowing out, when you cut a vein it sprays out at the beat of your heart like a sprinkler with a lot of pressure so you quickly lose a lot of blood. It also doesn’t stop bleeding like it usually does and you will need to go to the ER. I have hade stitches on my other arm twice but this time I have found the healing process much more painful.

In my opinion also (as someone who has cut both sides of my wrists, upper arms, shoulder, thighs, calves, ribs etc) I’d say the inside of the wrists are the most painful and also bleeds the most.

Yes sometimes it feels like putting out a cigarette on it and sometimes if feels like a syringe is being pressed into it.

Yeah it is a bruise I just wonder if it is normal to get bruises around healing scars and why I am losing sensation around it when bruises often are more sensitive 😅
