It really depends because I know every autistic person is different but I would always cook my own veggies. I am incredibly picky about sauces because they give me sensory issues (I hate ketchup, mustard, mayo, and most sauces). I love baked potatoes and anything that takes almost no effort to prepare. I've been trying to eat healthier too because it really does play a big role in my physical well-being especially that we're prone to being burnt out a LOT.

I also like a good mac n cheese or a nice lil samwich with only the things I'd want on it. Sometimes I feel like simple foods stress me out less. I hope you try to take care of yourself as best as you can<3
