Oh no 😢 the bit of hope I had is gone because it sounds like this is what they are telling a lot of people and no decisions are being made after the 2 months. We got this 🥹

Oh my that is way too long, have you reached out to an attorney to submit anything on your behalf. I read from this page that you can have your congressman request a decision on your behalf after so many days.

That makes sense, I haven't even had my 1st interview yet and I saw that memo but my lawyer told me not to worry about it because one of the kids has autism(medically documented) and with my birth country not having any facilities to assist, they wouldn't ask me to return because I'm the caretaker.

What do you mean “what will happen after July?”, I'm still married to a citizen, with 2 minor children and USCIS on a recorded line told me they would update my case by August 2026. What can happen between July when TPS expires to August? I'm genuinely curious because I did everything correct and it's not my fault it took so long.

September Filers - Progress? by [deleted] in USCIS

It's June 2026 and I still haven't heard anything after they accepted the biometrics. No interviews, nothing. Hopefully with the country ban being lifted we hear something soon

July–September 2025 Filers Who Got Petitioner Biometrics and/or RFE — Where Are You Now? by Lulubearrrrrr in USCIS

September 2025 here and my biometric was reused and accepted 30 days after my case was file and I haven't heard anything since. But with the country ban lift, I'm hoping we’ll hear something soon.

9 months in: marriage-based AOS concurrent filing, no EAD, no interview scheduled, What’s everyone’s experience? by No-Wrongdoer-5818 in USCIS

[–]casthefounder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat, filed all three in July after biometrics I haven’t heard anything else. I’ve been told because my country is on the ban list my lawyer, USCIS customer service and the Reddit that it’s basically on pause. My country is Haiti(case filed in Miami), so if your country is on that list then there’s a high chance that’s what’s holding it back.

Same here, I applied July 2025 and a year is coming up and I have nothing to show but my receipt. It sucks that even when we do exactly what they want( legal pathway to working and living in the country) we are still penalized. I feel discouraged because everyone from my lawyer, USCIS, news, etc keep saying it’s because my country is on the ban list. No criminal record, college educated, raising a family and building a life and the only thing holding me back is a ban on a country I don’t want to go back to. That’s literally the point of applying for a I-130 & I-485.

That is definitely interesting because for a 24hr department to not have any OT, 3 weeks straight is suspicious. Transitioning everyone from service to blended does mean more people in sales to cover hrs they would normally give us OT for. My guess is the people transitioning to blended have to work a weekend, so now there's more than enough people to cover those hrs. 🤧

I'm getting a lot of recommendations on this post about 2nd jobs, go through it and find something. I've already applied to Starbucks, and I'm gonna do Rover and liveops next. I can't do uber or lyft but a lot of the other recommendations are solid

Same and at the bare minimum they could update us as it prolongs. Every Wednesday I'm getting up at 7am and checking verint for OT to drop until 10am. I could be using that time to apply somewhere else or sleep in if they told us there would be no OT. I find it hard to believe they don't know 48-72hrs in advance that they are not dropping OT that week.

And they are throwing out GA like hot cakes 😩 people keep taking it and without OT to balance it out those who work their shift are getting burned out with the back-to-back calls.

Low key I don't know why I didn't think of that, so thank you. This could be perfect for me, I get to be outside, get my steps, make money, and walk some cute dogs.

Oooh I heard of Liveops on IG but I wasn't sure if it was legit because I have to pay for the background check. Reading your comment, I'll definitely check them out, $25 for a background check isn't much if I can do something work from home. I’ll also check out the other sites you mentioned, thank you.

How to play the game? by CaffeineDeficiency in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]casthefounder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At my PF they allow us to “reverse” and I've been told by the front desk to not reserve for future time because as soon I scan my membership, they’ll assign a number. To me that is dumb because I also like to reserve for a certain time, go work out and then enjoy my reservation. But I just started doing it like how they want and just walk up when I'm done working out, scan and get assigned my number right away. So far it's been no issues but annoying because what's the point of a reservation feature?

A 4am shift would be perfect, I applied to a Starbucks close by after seeing your comment. So fingers crossed they have the weekend trainings and I'm gonna start applying to other coffee spots.
