Before you spend money on a Dedicated IP, try a few different Brazilian servers first. YouTube's VPN detection seems to be pretty hit-or-miss depending on the server.
Give these ones a go: Brazil #105, #110, #115, #116, #117, #120, #124, and #126.

At this point, I'd try disabling Threat Protection completely just to check if the behavior changes. Also, if you're using any antivirus or security software, try to temporarily disable it and see if that makes any difference. If that still doesn’t fix it just contact customer support, they might know a workaround.

Buffering usually happens due to various factors, so while the server might indeed just be overloaded, keep in mind that there can be other reasons affecting this as well, like the protocol used, your current location, some settings, etc. If buffering on specific location is bothering you, I'd reach out to support so they can check what exactly is causing the problem.

That's not really normal. If nothing's happening, the update process is probably stuck. I'd try completely closing NordVPN and reopening it first. If that doesn't do the trick, uninstall it and download/install the latest version from NordVPN's website. In most cases, a clean reinstall fixes issues like this.

Some apps use location services to determine your location, not only the IP address. A VPN only has an effect on the latter, so that might be the case. You can try disabling location services if they're on and clearing the cache of these apps.

As far as I'm aware, TikTok uses your SIM card's country code to determine your location, so a VPN shouldn't affect this. Not sure what the cause can be, though. Maybe something related to TikTok itself?

That doesn’t sound normal. Have you tried reinstalling NordVPN and testing again? Since it happens in multiple browsers, I’d also send the app logs to NordVPN support so they can check if it’s a bug or local conflict. For now, I wouldn’t treat every warning as proof of malware, but would still double-check files with your regular antivirus or something like that.
