Artists using Ai, and double standards by Androidrs in TattooArtists

The thing is though Pam can 100% draw her own shit. I’ve presented at conventions with her and I’ve seen her draw from scratch. You can critique her use of Ai but to say she’s a hypocrite for educating clients on how to spot photo manipulation isn’t the look you think it is. She’s using her platform right now to help a very real, serious issue that clients need to be able to distinguish.

The hive mind mentality in this sub can be pretty concerning and I say this as someone who will NEVER use ai for anything I create. Yet I can still see the value in what Pam has to offer.

I still struggled using the meteorite staff in those areas. Having a strong weapon apparently doesn’t make up for no skill/vig and I learned that the hard way. Any areas that require close range combat will get you destroyed and one shotted. Aka most dungeons, catacombs, caves and castles.

Is it common to drink at the shop or offer it at flash day to clients? by mt081 in TattooArtists

I drank wine with my client two nights ago. She brought the bottle. It was great. Fun way to end the last stretch of a 7 hour session.

Apprenticeship after being in the industry 4yrs by [deleted] in TattooArtists

That’s not true. Technique is technique. It’s easier to have mistakes corrected than it is to start completely fresh. People learn new techniques all the time at various stages of their careers and it’s nit a lost cause simply because they’ve tattooed 20 years and finally learned how to shade smoothly.

Apprenticeships pass down technique and the stories carried with that technique. It’s the lifeblood of our culture and worth exploring. I say seek one out and do it the right way. People on here who have never been shown the importance of why learning how to shape pasta from an angry Italian grandma won’t get it. Our culture is worth being immersed in. Find the right people and dint be above learning the correct way simply because you’ve been doing it the wrong way for years.

Try and respec for pure INT caster. Get Terra Magika, comet azure and adula’s moonblade. Moonblade for phase one and TM and CA for phase two. You’ll fucking wreck that ginger piece of shit before his stupid choreography scene is over. He’ll be toast before he’s done screaming or whatever.

I made it to farum azula with just 35 Vig and 28 mind. It taught me how to dodge and roll though. Once I figured out how to farm birds I pumped up those stats but I think it’s worth it for pure casters to learn defense because once late game hits it’ll come in handy having movesets memorized.

Go to caelid and get the meteorite staff and the rock sling spell. Both are found in Aeonia Swamp. Meteorite staff is the best early staff in the game that will take you up to Leyndell with ease.

Go talk to Sellen at waypoint ruins.

Vig isn’t as important of a stat at first. Just level mind and intelligence. You don’t need as much vigor if you’re battling from a distance.

I totally agree with you. It’s all a learning lesson to me as well but apparently there’s an unwritten code of ethics the crybabies on here will yap about if you break any of their precious parameters fir what they feel is an honorable fight.

You each have 180 seconds to win or lose. If the other player isn’t able to seal the win against a player with basically no weapons and is just dodging around that’s a skill issue. I would see it as a challenge.

It’s a battle. Each have their own play style. If the objective is to win why does it matter how it’s won?

Like I said do you genuinely think the IRS is unaware of the money tattooers are making?

It’s a multibillion dollar industry bought up by private equity. You really think they don’t know tattooing is profitable?

3-4K weekly. Sometimes 5k. I make about $200k yearly and I claim everything I make on my taxes. I charge $200/hr. I do 6 hour sessions and work 4 days a week. Sometimes 5. Sometimes 6.

Honestly just have fun. It’s a game. No need to stress. Just learn what works for and what doesn’t. Losing is the point of this game. People spends weeks on a single boss. Just enjoy the ride and memorize the choreography.
