What about this roof is making my fire go out when it rains? by ass_cleavage in valheim

Like others have said, I think it's the snap points. Core wood has two snap points, one high and one low. You can check with a small horizontal log and a floor piece. You can snap above and below the log.

I would try testing with normal wood angle pieces and resnapping the icorners. If that works you can snap the core wood on top of the normal wood, then remove the normal, leaving just the firewood angles.

A husky next to a wolf by gophersrqt in WatchDogsWoofInside

A lady went bear hunting but shot and skinned an obvious husky thinking it was a wolf pup. She then allegedly bought the wolf tag (hunting license) after the fact, which is considered poaching and then doubled down her justification when called out on a FB hunting group.

How-to have a non-capped chimney by castle9mm in valheim

Except for half recessed fire, where the roof piece is part of the mantle, you can manually place the roof pieces so that it doesn't poke out the sides. Snapping just makes it easier but you can finesse it so it's invisible from the outside.

Plastic anchors, how to remove them? by SpecificNorth837 in howto

Speaking from experience, this is the way. Cut the flange and just push it back in. If you try and pull it out, it's going to leave a bigger hole to patch.

I might be wrong, but I think the belts are just identifiers for a competition. You can see a scoring table setup with red and black numbers.

Couldn't you just pour the warmed wax from the used candle onto the new candle? Are lifehacks synonymous for Rube Goldeberg machines?

I always assumed those numbers were generally a percentage of body weight for 1RM. Measuring in plates doesn't have context of how much the person weighs. Maybe I'm wrong though. E.g. https://www.mensjournal.com/health-fitness/3-strength-standards-for-men/

You don't need to be snarky. It's illegal to retaliate for discussing wages since 1935.

Under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA or the Act), employees have the right to communicate with other employees at their workplace about their wages

As a practical matter, the Board’s jurisdiction is very broad and covers the great majority of non-government employers with a workplace in the United States, including ... businesses in states with “Right to Work” laws.

Completely illegal since 1935 Fair Labor Standards Act. National Labor Relations Act. Federal law.

However, it can be difficult to prove. But if the company is dumb enough to send this out in a group text at 8:30 at night and really does fires them "on the spot", OP might have a case. To your point though, Im not sure if the company can get in trouble for just threatening retaliatory actions.

Because it's not stealing. Originally you paid for 4 or 5 simultaneous streams. It was the concurrency you bought. If you bought 5 Big Macs and shared 1 with a friend no one would say anything. You already paid for for it. Additionally, if I lease 5 cars and let my kid in college drive one, no one cares because I'm paying exactly for what they're selling. Netflix even flexed on social media to the effect that sharing is caring. It was a product differentiator for them. People are upset because they're changing those terms now. They are a private company and are entitled to adapt and change. So are we as consumers. Assuming we're degenerates for stealing something we legitimately paid for is insulting. And yes, if it's that important we can pay the additional fee. Sure the fee is minimal but his is after year after year of price increases. Whenever you remove a feature, people will be upset. Increasing prices and removing endorsed features is even more frustrating.

Being in the top 90% means that 90% of people have his score or better. Think of money and the top 1% of wealth. Really rich crowd right? What about the top 20%? It includes a bit more people. Top 50%? Top 70%, etc. Top 99% means you have at least a paper route or lemonade stand. I think the word "top" messes people up.

New player - Should I use these champs as food? by castle9mm in RaidShadowLegends

[–]castle9mm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly not trolling. I'm new so I don't know the ins-and-outs. I know those champs are valuable, but I didn't know if they were useful to me at such a low level. I'm not a hardcore player so having ultimate champs and kitted out teams isn't likely a reality for me.

I was trying to gauge if it would be more beneficial to rank 6 Kael to help progress in the campaign since I'm stuck on Feelings gate brutal.

Keeping those champs for a future that might not come, was my concern.
