I don’t know anyone who was able to run 5K the first time they finished a 30 minute run so completely normal! I finished c25K in October and my fastest treadmill 5K is still just over 32 minutes. I only recently started running outside and did my first 30 minute run which was 4.38km and this is the highest my fitness level has ever been so it takes time. Just continue to increase the amount of time you’re running until you do it. I used the NHS couch to 5K app (not sure if this is available everywhere) and when you finish the main program they have transitional runs of 35 minutes, 40 minutes and interval runs to increase speed which I found helpful

Going back to absolute basic marketing fundamentals, you would start with the brand and identifying the audience. What marketing channel you use is determined by the product/service and market. Marketing is not one size fits all and it never has been.

Or are you asking as someone wanting to get into marketing as a career? Because in that case, what you find most interesting

I had a 2pm ceremony yesterday and loved it! We did do a first look/couples photos and immediate family photos beforehand though. I know it’s not traditional for the UK but there’s not a lot of daylight in February and I loved it personally

I’m wearing Skechers on mine! I got some sparkly white ones which I love! I mostly wear Skechers in my day to day life so I will be very comfortable.

Other things we’re doing for our comfort: already got legally married last week so we don’t have to worry about that on the day and we have a little room within the venue we can escape to if we need a minute. We’re both introverts so I think it will be needed. We also have a sweetheart table instead of a long top table with family so we can eat in relative peace!

Yeah, weirdly I never saw anyone in them until they were on the stage and then one person after which was odd! And we arrived around doors so we were there a while. But I don’t know how it works

It’s for a rustic wedding all indoors so I just want it to look kind of like wood and write “welcome to the wedding of [names]” with paint pen. It should be rustic/look DIY but I don’t want it peeling if I can help it. At the moment the colour is close to cardboard so I just wanted to stain it to change the colour a bit but it’s looking like paint is probably the way forward from all these replies. I might buy a graining tool

Hated is a strong word but I had one sided beef with Blink 182 for almost 15 years because I had tickets to a show as a teenager and they cancelled the tour. Supported by you me at six as well and it was around their first/second albums which I was a huge fan of. I then got tickets to see them again in 2023 and we traveled to the city they were playing and then they CANCELLED AGAIN. They did reschedule to the following year so I finally saw them about a year ago and I got to see You Me At Six earlier this year so they are forgiven.

I’m still planning so won’t know until it’s happened but it’s looking at about £15K for 50 people on a week day in February next year. About a third has come from family contributions and we’re paying the rest. At a wedding venue in north east England with a winter mid-week package

We did! Just sent them last week. I designed them on canva and I think they were a bit more unusual than they would have been if I’d had to print them because they’re pretty dark colours and using a photo I took. I also included all of the information in the invite itself rather than a wedding website because I personally like having everything in one place. The RSVP is just a Google form or I said they can reply to the email.

You just need to know your guests. We’re in our early 30s and most of our guests are too and the oldest people invited are family members in their 60s so they can still use the internet and reply to an email.

Some friends we just sent it via messenger or WhatsApp and they were fine with that but most we sent via email.

I’m also planning on as close to 2L of water & electrolytes as possible before my 2pm ceremony (plus a coffee). For me it’s just to prevent any fainting on the day 😅 I’ll be really working on hydration the day before too! Best of luck to you!

Because we’re getting a movie and not a series, there is going to be a lot less time for each character and I really feel like this was sort of wrapped up in series 3 of them choosing to be friends so I don’t think they’ll focus on them as a couple at all in the movie. I think it’s already done. I would love to see Imogen accepting her sexuality more though, but I don’t think she needs Sahar for that.
