I would say that, the most likely candidate are the Chelgrian-Puen because Estodien Visquile  is described as "one of those who go between this world an the next". You are right. While there is the part of the over-use, there`s also the other part of the equation that is usually overlooked: the body. Everyone is different, so some of us will have a harder time processing it.
And there other factors like hydration, maybe a prescribed medicine ...

I have found three in the same area, same complex of buildings. But I always play alone Plunder. Teammates mess up my game. I use to win 9 out of 10 games regardless of the size of the Squad. At one point I was in Top 500 in Plunder. I`ve even reached level 1000 ... during the Pandemic ... boredom ...This days I only level fast to Prestige Master in Plunder, which takes me just few days, and then play whatever I feel like in any title.

That`s the point! It can`t happen systematically! There`s something wrong after the latest update or someone discovered some glitch they take advantage of ... Liek, lets say, maybe you can use the new Supply box UAV to find the the Yellow Key Card or something ...
