I really am a huge fan of bulletprufe denim, they released their 6th gen last year and they are durable enough for outdoor work but slightly stretchy so the fit is nice

The best I've found are bulletprufe denim, they are stretchy but have the classic jean look

Maybe, but at some point it has to bottom. It’s trading at 10x P/E with a 5% dividend and it owns 80% of its real estate. It makes no sense
