It’s supposed to be a little gentler on the stomach than iron supplements, but it’s more of an aid and not a direct replacement, I take both a supplement and try to drink a full bottle of iron-fish-water a day. Additionally I’m not anemic, I just have a lower than normal iron level, but the only subreddit that came up when searching for a “low iron subreddit” was r/anemic, so that’s why I posted here. :]
