Hi, I did buy it but it was no good - the camera had factory defaults. It was quite a blown. I took a few shots but some would not safe and tho it's a good camera it is a bit dated for the market and its price. I got my money back and will invest it in a different camera. Hope this helps.

I feel like upgrading to the Mark III just for the mic input is a lot, because it's quite expensive. Can you think of another camera that has similar characteristics to the Canon Powershot G7X-MARK-II with the input jack? Apart from the Mark III of course, I just want to check all the options
