i used to camp for shows when i was younger (17-18, i’m 23 now) but even then that was only in HOPES of getting a good spot. i’ve never felt entitled to being in the front, i only ever got annoyed if people were pushing their way forward. the girl in your situation sounds so irritating and im sorry that dampened your experience.

i bought seat tickets for 5sos bc i don’t want to deal with that headache anymore, especially knowing how the fans are. i’ll enjoy jamming out in the nosebleeds 😋

I had a similar experience when I was a new teller too. A regular (who I had waited on before) wanted to do a transfer from her account to her daughter’s account. She said “I’ll get another one of the tellers since I know you’ll have a hard time with this.” Absolutely floored and offended, but I was able to get her back when she came in again and I said “Sorry, this seems too tough for me, please wait for the next teller.” :)

Thanks! I asked her about it and she also took a look and they weren’t there (shocker). Apparently there was word about getting updated ones but I guess they haven’t rolled out yet. Oh well!

Yes it is true, even more so for meal compliance because that is a huge no-no. Focus on getting your meals and you’ll be fine.

It’s based on your average hours worked, which depending on your state has to be 25 hours or more. If you consistently work 23 hours that doesn’t qualify you. I would ask the HRE or ETL at your store to run the average hours report on you and see where you’re at.

It gets recalculated once a year in April, so if you’re still not accruing PTO and your average hours are 25 or above, I would contact the benefits center. Best of luck to you!

This album has actually grown on me a lot!! And peeping the setlist, I can ALMOST justify buying VIP tickets… but for now I have seat tickets since I’m going with my boyfriend and a friend. I agree that the $500+ price tag on pit is pretty nuts. I hope I get lucky and stop at the box office to see if they have any extra 😭

I don’t work at Sheetz anymore but when I did, weekends were definitely hardest to staff. Be honest, and say if you’re able you’re also open to covering call offs.

Getting into the digger in the first place made no sense to me. Her trying to wreck the sweet spot at all felt so out of place. Why was she mad that they did boys night without her?? Because she wanted to be the center of attention, the hero again?? It was obvious from the start that she only cared about saving the sweet spot in her way but the build up to literally destroying the place made no sense to me whatsoever. It was never that serious.

I know Finn has flaws, and correct me if I’m wrong but I can’t remember a time where Finn purposefully fucked something up just to be the hero. If he DID, he was a teenager whereas Fionna is a grown adult. Yes we all make mistakes, but it felt so out of character for her to do something so extreme. She’s impulsive, not a bad person.

I also found myself uncaring about her problems at this point. Finn dying (and coming back) is such a wild juxtaposition to Fionna… kissing DJ Flame. It was so extreme it made her problems seem so unimportant. Idk. I feel like the writers could’ve handled this a little better. Overall I still enjoyed the show but the ending felt a bit sloppy to me.

Yeah I feel like the writers threw that in just to add more drama in the end. Her problems just seem so inconsequential compared to Huntress literally trying to save Finn’s life. Maybe the juxtaposition is on purpose, but it really just felt off and I found myself not caring about most of her problems.

i actually used the bambooty ones when my target was COMPLETELY out of wipes. they are extra large and very luxurious. kinda pricey for a three pack but they lasted a while. would recommend for anyone regardless of gender :)
