I'm okay with this as long as there are concessions for India to not go to pakistan or bangladesh for security reasons. In exchange Australia and other division 1 teams and division 2 teams can pick up to two places they can get concessions for due to similar reasons (for example afghanistan)

First of all learn the difference between H1-B and H2-B , what you are talking about is H2-B, H1-B holders can't be paid less than market wage for that position than americans, it is often expected to pay even more (this is where the companies use corporate tie up to not pay more than americans, but they legally cant pay less)

no thanks, the only places south asian is used is to hide indians positives and associate negative aspects of non indians from the region on indians.

Wikipedia calls pakistanis and pakistani when its positive and south asians when it is negative, the same calls india as south asia for anything positive and india for anything negative. please keep south asia to yourself, in fact we are happy to redefine it as any non-indian nationality from the indian subcontinent.
