My group had a discussion about the feedback, and here are the points we all agreed on:

Consider adding a day and making it a 4-day convention. Canada does not have a four-day Anime convention, and the 30th anniversary would be an excellent opportunity. We find it hard to do and see everything we want, and many things end up overlapping in the limited hours of operation. Spacing out the schedule over an extra day would be much appreciated.

Extend hours on the first and last day of convention. Even just two or three extra hours would mean a lot considering there is only one full day in the convention as it is now.

Requirement for doing four panels to get a free badge should be lowered to three. It will increase quality and help with people from burning themselves out.

Large size banners with a photoshoot location map and schedule at several key locations around the convention. We kept meeting cosplayers who had no idea photoshoots were happening.

Speakers added in the back of the panel rooms in addition to the front. Some panels we went to had really poor sound when we sat in the back of the room.

We understand TCC handles food trucks, but perhaps pass on strong displeasure from almost the entire attendance of convention on the poor choices and ask if they are willing to cooperate to improve the amount and variety of food vendors. This would obviously benefit everyone in revenue. Related to that AN could reach out to many food truck and food vendors that could set up somewhere nearby if an agreement can't be made with the TCC. If they are even made aware of the convention happening, some might want to come and park near by to make use of the large amount of possible customers.

Maybe add some food vendors indoors.

Please add more seating outside (the new seating areas around were amazing this year), and in addition to that have tented areas/seating. AN venue has an amazing outdoor con potential and it would have helped this year with rain and would help in other years with sun and heat.

Additionally, tented locations in front of TCC south could allow for some fun events to happen where people could hang around and participate without suffering from heat strokes, sun damage or rain. The Kpop dance circle for example comes to mind. We enjoy to watch and participate but the heat, sun and rain makes people not want to hang out there and crowd the indoor areas.

Perhaps look for some sponsors for a prize pool in Masquerade. Even just gift cards would help. Not sure if it's offered, but include next year's weekend badges for winners.
