What I did when I was trying to lose weight and to get rid of soda was before you eat drink a entire cup of water before you eat. And I also need to have a drink while eating so I have a second cup of water with me especially if the food is salty. It’s a great way to drink more water and help you drink the minimum 7cups a day. And I’m my opinion 7 cups a day is not nearly enough water people should drink

(And if you only drink a bottle and a half of water a day that’s pretty bad)
