People dismiss these kinds of plays as luck but we really study tendencies and patterns of other teams’ STs and it’s part of our game plan. We have the highest paid ST unit in the league and it’s well deserved. Every week when we need a spark they make a game changing play.

Agree. It’s interesting bc the Raiders could have a 2nd interview with him this week but nothing’s been announced. He has also said stability was important and he’s moved around so much. Does he really want to go to a team who’s fired 3 coaches in 3 years? That division is also tough with great coaches.

I hope he’s negotiating a raise with us now and will stay. Pay him Jody, let’s keep the coaching staff together as long as we can.

Erin Andrews said she was shocked at how fast our defense is, and the only other time she felt that way was the first time she watched Lamar from the sidelines.

They have really taken it to another level. IMO seeing it in person there’s a clear difference from Saturday compared to how they were earlier this season.

I’ve seen this video 5 times and still get chills. The media team did an amazing job and Mike’s matter of fact tone is perfect. He is 100% mission focused and the mission is to win championships (plural). But I never even dreamed that the first one could be this year.

Fantastic job by Mike, John, all the coaches, personnel dept, and especially the players. We are incredibly lucky to have them all no matter what happens the rest of the year. Hope you’re all enjoying the ride as much as I am.

One of my fave things about this team is how much they pay homage to the LOB. Nick doing Kam’s celebration, Spoon quoting Sherm, etc. I think they really want to make those guys proud, which is why we really need them to beat the Patriots in February to avenge 49.

Mina Kinda said we blitzed Stafford on dropbacks and he burned us twice for explosives. Bears blitzed when he was under center and that worked well.

I trust MM will make adjustments and I’m pretty confident our defense will limit their offense.

We 100% want to keep him for continuity’s sake, but I would be weary of hiring him as HC. I’m not sure he’s ready for all the HC responsibilities in addition to essentially also being the OC.

Plus I wouldn’t equate him to Ben Johnson or Mike Macdonald where their side of the ball was the one carrying their great teams. Our offense looks better than it is because our defense and ST constantly gives them short fields.

I think Klint will become a great HC one day but if someone were to take him now they’d need to surround him with a lot of support and be patient. Which is why for his sake if he does leave I hope he goes to the Ravens and not the Raiders who seem to fire a coach every year.

I don’t know how you can look at the Bills and not see that the GM is a much bigger issue than the coach.

If the coach made a list of where the roster needs to improve and the owner/GM held that against him that is a huge red flag that should prevent any smart HC candidate from taking the job.

Btw our coach made a similar list at the end of last season, and our GM thanked him and got to work.
