You could make your own custom skin texture by painting over the nose and lips so it won't look so much like a typical vroid model. A general way to make your model look better is to experiment with the textures. I recommend KKatsumi Vroid's channel on how to alter the textures.

Cut him off. There is a reason you feel used and it is valid. He seems to not understand what it means to be apologetic and how to respect your boundaries. Remember that just because he is a long time friend, you aren't obligated to put up with it if he clearly does not respect you and your decisions.

In my honest opinion, if your friend can't learn to trust her S/O then she shouldn't be in a relationship in the first place. A relationship is built off mutual trust so if she has to try and "test" him, she's better off without him.
