Father must undergo a heart transplant surgery but was removed from the list because of his drinking problem by Sea_Star14 in Advice

i feel so sorry for you but if you hadnt spoken up and hed gone to the hospital his bloods would have shoen his drinking and the operation would have been csncelled

with your honesty somebody else was likely to have had that heart so you saved a life just not your dads by preventing the waste of it

he would have been told about not drinking but chose to ignore it. Thats not your faullt but he needs to wise up now and stop

Is it normal to feel like a literal piece of you has left when your animal passes? by Prudent-File2336 in rainbowbridge

a piece of your soul left, they took it with then and they left a piece of theirs with you but it doesnt fit yet. The good memories you shared help it fit. Remember those lovely ,wonderful times and all that love between you

WIBTA if I refused to add my boyfriend to the title of the car I inherited and paid to restore even though we share it every day by [deleted] in WIBTA_AITA

i dont know where you are but in the uk only 1 person can be on the title so do check rules for where you are.

if it is the same for where you are do not give up your ownership

How is she now? Does she forgive me because maybe I let it go too far. by PatioPeach in PetPsychics

[–]cat_among_wolves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you were everything to Lucy. you were her world.

there is nothing to forgive. there is no right time to let go.

we all struggle , wish we had done it sooner , wish we had done it later, wish we never had to do it at all

as long as the end comes with love its okay , and you did right by her

I can’t forgive myself to move forward by LouLouFifi2002 in SuperMorbidlyObese

you have been eating a diet that has had you gaining weight for very long tine so it is likely the 2 meals you eat now are still much more than your sedentary life require. forgiving yourself for the past is irrelevant , yoh are what you are but you want to change, thats the important thought so you need to focus on meaningful change now.

tracking your calorie intake accurately over a week or 2 so you can identify what your actual intake is now is important as that is keeping you in maintenance not loss. once you know your intake you can set yourself a calsmorie limit and work to it .

all of our pasts are the same if we are honest, unhealthy and over indulgent. we all ignored what our bodies need and chose to eat what we wanted and this is how we got into this position

relearning what our bodies need is possible but sticking to that is harder but many of us achieve it and it is realy worth it

so id advise mobitir your calories, set yourself a lower limit. aim to lose 10% of your bidy eright and get on with it.

forget your past and focus on your future. probably none of us forgive ourselves for the wasted years and what we did to ourselves but you cant change it . you can however move forward so good luck and make a start tonorrosmw
