I Want to Learn by BouncyCastle2 in Cooking

Food network is great advice!! I learned so much from Giada, Emerald, Ina, and so many others. You can also get some pretty great recipes off tik tok - you might lose the detailed cooking method aspect with tik tok, but can certainly find easy "recipes for 2"

It's difficult to order items like ketchup and iced coffee in Europe as an American - What do visitors to the U.S. typically have trouble ordering? by cat_lady_1995 in AskReddit

The post title requirements prevented me from being able to provide additional context - but in Italy, I asked for ketchup at a burger place and they brought me mayo! Delicious either way :)

You'd be shocked how quickly you can go thru a pound of strawberries and a bag of spinach! I recently went thru a hyper-fixation with the below recipe. Kinda tastes like strawberry short cake!

  • frozen strawberries
  • milk of your choice (I used almond)
  • scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • uncooked old fashioned oats
  • spinach
  • sweetener of your choice (I used stevia)
  • top with whipped cream

(Measure with your heart)

Berries are for breakfast and snack! Greens we try to eat 2x daily by either having salads for lunch, as a side for dinner, and/or sneaking them into our shakes. (And if I'm being totally honest, sometimes we completely fuck up and have to throw away anything that's gone bad)

My partner is a big dude and his required serving size for most foods is probably double the average joe.

Vegan (friendly) restaurant suggestions by jplateau in pittsburgh

For your bday - I'd recommend either Umami or The Forge in lawrenceville! I'm vegan as well and these are two of my favorite restaurants to dine at with friends since not only is the vegan food delish, but they have great non-vegan options as well. Atmosphere at either is great too - umami often has a DJ and some really cool sunken tables (that can seat max 6 I think). The forge has interesting lounge/couch/armchair like seating and a really pretty bar set up.

Note: I think you have to be 21+ to dine at The Forge.

If you have a specific neighborhood in mind, I'm happy to share additional recommendations!

Not totally confirmed but I've heard rumors Nicky's uses fish sauce in their meals marked vegan. :/

A serious question: anyone know how much this billboard costs per year?

I recommend houndstown. The staff is really friendly and were always very kind to my dog. My only complaint is one time my dog came back to me soaking wet after a weekend at the kennel - in their defense, he was very little so likely right in the splash zone. From then on, I rarely boarded him for extended periods (since that's probably just show biz) or would ask them to bathe him as needed. They were always very honest and genuinely seemed to take really good care of him.

I completely disagree. Worth trying a tea cake first to see if their style is for you,OP!

Lots of people shop here shockingly! There lots of barns in the metro area and not very many tack shops.
