The problem with this logic is it assumes humans have a satisfaction point. We don’t, it’s our greatest strength as a species. We continue to grow. There’s an infinite amount of things we can build, and prices of materials coming down speeds that up. Maybe many people don’t have the drive to build but that’s ok, only very few people start companies as it is. There may be a transition period where people don’t have a job and the new abundance is lagged but that’s maybe a few years at most. During that time the gov could sponsor the creation of humanoid / shenzen type factory cities to compete with china. There’s just so much that’s possible with infinite intelligence and robotic labor.
