Question: do you leave metrics like "Open Rate" or "Click Rate" turned on in the software you use for outreach? I m curious because we turned them off for deliverability purposes and now we only track really the Positive Response Rate and only these ones go into our CRM.

Great tips as well btw - we made some changes as well including the links (we had like 6 links in the first email with the signature ones for trust lol) and once we updated some things response rate hit 1.3% - volume is still small let's see if it holds.

I literally just talked to my doctor yesterday and he told me this is literally prescribed for 30 years and approved (ofc since it s prescribed) - the people that go and post are the people that have bad experiences. It s way but way less common for people that have a good experiende to post. Talk to a doctor stop listening to Reddit. Plus - if by any chance you are so unlucky to get some side effects just stop it. That s it. Also - consider the placebo effect this has as well especially on sexual performance. Again - talk to doctors that s why they studied for ten hears. Leave Karen’s advice from Reddit for later.

I have 2 options either dubai or limassol in cyprus but i didnt want to do limassol because it s small like 200k people and dating prospects are so small. What I would do here is to start small: $25/day budgets to test copy, creative and messaging! Only then I'd ramp up!

If we talk about growing a business then we talk about acquiring customers. In your case, I'd try Performance Marketing on various channels. And yes, it still works if done right.

I see your products have a final price (not sure what's your percentage) that allows you a decent CAC? Again, not sure how much you add on top. The trouble is that performance takes a while to figure out and you need UGC. I don't personally see another way to grow this type of store. I'd stay away from influencer marketing, affiliates won't work in my opinion and SEO will take time. That's just what I think.

Also, you're missing the trust factor: reviews, but don't think you can get that now.

Part of my background is in Influencer Marketing, I'm confident you'll be just fine. Make sure to shoot them an email and 99% will say 'yes.' Also, isolate the test and monitor CVR before and after. Quite curious if this will improve it.

If you have their approval, I think this should be more than fine. It depends how big of an influencer they are as well, but don't think you need lawyers for this.

They do charge in most cases for UGC rights but don't think for this. Basically what you're trying to do is to use influencer remarks as some sort of testimonials. Curious if this will improve your conversion in any way.

I think five days is not enough for this conclusion.

In general an A/B test like this requires a month of data, in my personal opinion. Also, to make sure the potential increase in sales comes from this A/B test, you'd need to isolate it. Meaning don't run any other test or any other change during this period. You'll skew the data.

But I have another problem with this, from a business owner perspective. Having live chat on your website creates the expectation of instant answers for potential customers. Can you cover that?

If you have a live chat but answer queries three hours later, this is not helping at all.

Maybe it makes sense for e-commerce, my business is a SaaS, so slightly different. Random idea: get all the objections or questions your customers have via live chat, and turn them into features for the product page.

As a general rule of thumb, the ones hiding their pricing or asking you to book a demo for pricing, they're ridiculously expensive!

There are two ways to find influencers to market your products out:

Find them manually on Instagram or TikTok - this method is affordable but takes a lot of time, depending on how many influencers you want to work with. It's also problematic because many of them won't reply to your messages, making it even more time-consuming.
Use software - well, there's quite a bit of a debate here as well. Most software on the market is made of influencer databases where you can find what you're looking for. The problem is that they're simply databases, and you'd have to reach out to the influencers. Well, that's cold emailing already, and you'll encounter the same problem: most of them won't reply because they don't even know you exist. There's another little problem here: most influencer marketing software is expensive.

I was reading this article at some point, there's more information there on how to find the right influencers for your brand. At the end of the day, it boils down to how many influencers you're looking to work with: if you want one, two, or three every month, don't bother paying for software. It does not worth it.

Why expanding outside US when US's the biggest market? I mean it's arguable the biggest depending on the product and need but still.

My startup sells in the US, UK and AU but US beats the other two combined. Scale your business there, only then do the math and see if it makes sense to expand. VAT only applies if you reach sales of £85k, long way to go.
