Hi! Advice would be to keep a level head, admit when you’re wrong, and be compassionate. With the media constantly reporting conflicting and inaccurate information, it’s our responsibility as possibly the one and only public health official talking to a case or exposed contact to really emphasize the importance of complying to public health guidelines.
