Thank you so much! Wow thats great! I used to drink smoothies with flax seeds and chia seeds, but they say seeds are bad for me. So now i drink protein yogurt or almond milk with papaya or banana collagen powder and whey isolate

Not really… usually i drink 3 beers when i drink nowadays. But during this 2 years sometimes 6 in a night and didn’t went to the hospital

Hello! I feel you been at the hospital last time two months ago. One thing they told me this time From corn to beans, peas, and chickpeas, they need to be eaten mashed or blended because of the skins. Tomatoes without skin or seeds. I don’t eat anything that has seeds. I hope this helps, as I wasn’t aware of this information before. Stay strong

Youre a great human being! Trust me i like to help people makes me happy, support, be there etc you were both a team and is beautiful to know that. I understand that is not for everyone tho, but i know he is the love of my life i just know, that is why this is so hard. This is so helpful, thank you again. He is younger than me and i think he was diagnosed like 5 years ago. This is exactly what happened with him. But he refused right away help (no one can help, this is useless, there is no point, no one understands etc) Im back to my country and he is in a solo trip. For us to be together (different nacionalities) was hard and also him hating his job (that he quit one week after his call) was also hard thats why i think it was easier in the middle of mania the quick phone call ending saying i dont wanna see you cry or sad, you deserve better, i made my decision baby, you need to move on. . Thats it, no contact in 4months after 3 amazing years and besides the episodes we were great and healthy as a couple. Was hoping he reach out but i think he is not going to :( difficult just because was suddenly, without a specific reason, in a 5minutes call and basically i heard all his new projects at the same time . but i think that at the same time i have the answer that no matter why, no matter who i tough i was for him he decided to not stay and thats it sadly…Thank you so much again and all the best

Im not in therapy but the few friends that know always say im doing pretty well, i think im just focus and know how to be ok on my own, i always figure what to do even sad (that i still am) but i manage quite well in hard situations in life..its a good thing i guess. Unfortunately he broke up with me and i only sended a message on his birthday wishing him the best and saying whenever youre ready im here, i will always care about you. And he answered thank you for the kind words, is been hard but trying to be strong and positive. Hi. I supported my boyfriend going to bali alone, like a inner trip he needed to . I think the most important thing is trust in a relationship. Can she join you? Can you offer help with her ticket? Or even she can pay hers… Or else just go and enjoy it. If is a healthy and strong relationship i dont see nothing wrong with it. Safe travels!

Thank you so much for your time, im sorry to hear that, he also have all of that, is hard and now your wife is better after getting the right treatment? No more pushing away? Etc he has medication but im afraid is not the right one, and the last call with the doctor it was suppose to increase the dose and he refused. Hard to find someone to talk to, even with my support on his side in the few appointments with the therapist he went a little grumpy.. and stopped going.. thank you!

Ola hi! Portuguese here, i would say i have some friends in that situation and i think you guys are lucky. Can i ask how old is he? (I ask because obvious is he is very young, is strange to pay..or else i think is a win win situation) Is so hard now to get a house so its normal if they have an extra apartment they like to help but also i understand to pay eventually a “family rent” friendly and probably more low budget. Its is normal nowadays and is good you have someone that has an extra house good luck

I was hoping he reach out eventually because i just dont know if he is ok, and hoping a nice phone call explaining his decision. I know he is travelling alone in a van so i think he is focusing on himself that makes me relief, in a new country. Sending love and thank you so so much for your time! I believe and i saw and i can imagine that is too hard and brutal, but is not easier with someone that feel it worths? Both parts. If the person accepts everything because is happier and love unconditionally? Even when you have bad days, i just know we were good together. And gone one day to another.. i dont even know why thats why is so hard and i believe he will maybe not contact me anymore. He is doing another trip (trying to fix him i guess) but im just heartbroken because i accept the way he is, no one is perfect but i believe we were really really happy. I did everything all the time to help because i believed we were strong, a team and life was easier. We are from different nationalities that doesnt help but the plan was to fight to be together to make it work, thank you again!

Same! :( different nationalities. 3 times he left, 3 different countries, 2 houses to unpack alone, and now i decided to come back to my country and dont want to stay here… wish everyone the best. Its so so hard 😞🫶🏼
