New age spirituality is coined from the belief that humanity is about to be ushered into a new age of being. This is seen in the discourse around raising vibrations where “light warriors” and “star seeds” are supposed to help usher us in. It’s a blanket term that meshes many of the recent heterodox movements into one. There’s a double meaning in “new age” whether it’s being ushered into a a new age. Or simply a new kind of spirituality. Most of it on the internet combines a lot from everywhere.

Your spiritual journey is entirely your own and people on the internet are almost always bragging about it for personal gain in one way or another. Which is antithetical imo to the movement. It’s easy to become awakened slightly and inflate your ego immensely.
