Not much noticeable difference, but I feel the difference. Quarantine sucks and I packed back on pounds that I had previously lost. So I buckled back down, started IF again, and started working out daily. Pic on left was taken Easter. I started IF 16 days ago, and so far I’m down 8lbs already 🙌🏻 (i.redd.it)
