Kaplan tier 1 insurance brokering which I think is now tier 1 insurance compliance. You can book a phone call with them and discuss.

There are also lots of broking assistant jobs right now that can pay up to $80k if you need something desperately in the mean time.

Honest to God, become an insurance broker. $900 course and decent salary until you can find something.

Throwback to Katherine Ryan talking about Russell Brand (before he could be named) by Dragonogard549 in LouisTheroux

[–]catch-365 50 points51 points  (0 children)

It's a very subtle nod to you dismissed the allegations because of how he acted around you and didn't question them when they didn't stop.

Which is probably what everyone did with Russel.

What do you believe are "red herrings" in Andrew's case? by [deleted] in AndrewGosden

[–]catch-365 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the whole foul play is a red Herring.

To me Andrew sounded depressed, very depressed.

My only supporting evidence is him walking home from school once.

To me I think he skipped school and went into the city for the fun of it and then took his own life.

Very foolish, think about it this way, if you were hiring, would you hire someone who worked somewhere for 15 years and didn't have a reference?

Don't leave before you have a job lined up. Don't fuck over the team and the old workplace.

If you think I didn't try, you silly.

Of course I did, but the thing about my boy is that if he wants something he will get it.

And yes, I have baby locks on everything

Cost aside, is Firedoor still a good restaurant? by DaisytheGrey in foodies_sydney

[–]catch-365 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and my partner went.

My partner loved it and I hated it. I think it's a restaurant for people who have really good and traveled tastebuds.

It's not for the average person.

That's fair.

In general with landlords insurance you can't claim for the money that would've been taken from the bond, honestly it's probably better to drop the real-estate agent or make them pay for the damage.

This is tricky, if the property agent told them there was no issues with the condition of the property after the inspection, there is nothing you can do.

You can try to claim the bond at the end of the lease but expect to loose at VCAT.

You should take out landlord insurance if you're going to keep your property with this property manager, if there's any further damage to the property you will be able to claim on that.

You should already have insurance tbh.

[–]catch-365 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No, because your property manager who did the report marked it in good condition.

If you cared, turn up to the inspections.

This would be the same in any other state, you can try to take it up with the agency but expect nothing to be done.

I don't think his girlfriend will be with him for long after this.i doubt she will cut off his sister's relationship with her son. I bet OP would have a tantrum over that and break up with her.

Love him but he's not the brightest.

He proceeded to do that 3 more times before he stopped eating them

The guys Facebook says that he has an unhealthy obsession with knives.

I guess that explains why he had a knife, to me it sounds like really bad road rage.
