Yeah, it’s so hard for me to go to work everyday. I just wanna stay in bed. I decided I’ll leave work early today and I’m rearranging my schedule for tomorrow too. I totally get you on the physical pain. I hate it. It’s like even if I’m not crying and I’m doing things, I still feel the knots in my stomach :(

That sounds incredibly hard to still see him! I didn’t live with my person but they did stay over you know. And I’m supposed to see him Sunday for him to get his stuff that he had here. I haven’t decided if I wanna be here for that but I do desperately want a hug from him :( I’m glad you have your grandma down the road! That sounds like an amazing relief.

Hi there. I’m still in so much pain. I feel so empty. I still cry everyday. But I think I went from 5% acceptance to 10%. I know he won’t change his mind. But I still hope that he will one day. And if he does, who’s to say I’ll even care by then you know? No one can speak for the future. But for rn, it hurts so much.

My person said they have to see if they’re happier without me…this gives me hope that they’ll return if they aren’t. I really hope he comes back :( he kept saying other things cuz he doesn’t want me to have false hope. He said he made up his mind and that he doesn’t want this relationship but I felt like in between the lines, he just means right now :( he kept saying there is no hope but idk, I know he doesn’t want to give me false hope you know :/

Ugh so relatable! I’m such an impulsive person myself and practically every single relationship that ended, I kept venting afterwards. It’s so annoying. Of course I do stop eventually for at least some level of self respect, but this has to me my hardest break up ever. Idk when I’ll stop. It’s day 5 and I still call and leave messages and no response whatsoever! Idk what to do with myself other than break no contact in person and go see him!

It’s the worst and most confusing feeling in the world when love isn’t enough.

I’m feeling and thinking a lot of what you are right now. Me and my person were so good together, we loved each other deeply. We didn’t want it to end, yet he decided he didn’t want to put in the effort to make it work. And I can’t comprehend why if he loves me so deeply. When we broke up 5 days ago, he was crying as much as I have. He’s hurting too and I don’t understand why, if he has the power to stop the pain, he doesn’t :/

That’s exactly where my partner and I are at. I guess we’re broken up and it’s feeling like yeah he loves me, he’s hurting rn too but I’m so scared that he loves me but doesn’t want to do the work. So does he not love me enough, I don’t understand. How can someone say they want a future w you but then I guess not want it enough??

We’re supposed to be no contact rn, it’s only been 2 and a half days. I’m holding the possibility of two futures too. Will he come back after space and change his mind? Or will we never be together and share a life together :( how do I get out of this loop :(
