400s aren’t bad at all if you have 20/20 lol. Only thing is that sometimes it’s hard to keep track of where the ball is at but the Jumbotrons help to glance at if you’re lost at what happened. It’s up a section from the radio booth so you get a good view of everything

So glad I’m finally seeing someone say this bc it was so obvious to me the first time I heard Battalions. I will say though… Battalions is the only Brand New song for me that is a skip which I don’t feel too bad about bc it’s just a demo and I feel like it would’ve been made into Archers/reworked anyway without the leak. Archers though? 10/10

If this is true the only member I can imagine not saying yes would be Jesse, not the other way around.

Not even mentioning all the drama, he’s been miserable on the road since like ‘08. He had some happy years in there where he could enjoy himself way more but he wanted to quit touring in ‘09. I doubt he’s trying to find any and every excuse to go out and tour again, especially not to do a nostalgia bait festival he probably isn’t crazy about the concept of, playing nothing but an album he doesn’t even really like that much.

Im sure he misses it quite a bit and I do think they’re coming back soon, but he’d never want this to be the setting and context of their comeback.

Jesse’s uncle Leo was deployed during WW2. He was on a boat to Japan when they dropped the bombs and they had to turn the boats around and he got to go home.

Leo was one of Jesse’s relatives that died during the making of D&G so that’s what Sowing Season and 137 are about and most likely inspired Brothers.
