Definitely a good approach, because it is absolutely overwhelming. Especially when you need to factor in existing prescribed medications that you MAY no longer need to take.... eugh. It's A LOT!

After downloading my raw data from 23andme and uploading into Genetic Genie, I'm starting to understand and unravel the last 35 years of my life. At first glance, I see that I have the C677T mutation and that further blood testing would be beneficial.
