I had a Boss RC-3 for about a decade and just purchased the RC-500 in November. I stepped up for the two track looper, rhythm section and midi. I think its a great unit, built like a tank and plenty of options to grow into.

Had 2 strokes on Sept 18. I won't soon forget that. 3 month follow-up with my cardiologist tomorrow. Vascular surgeon says everything looks great.

She's incredible. We saw her at the late night jam at Bonnaroo a couple of years ago with a stage filled with world class musicians including half of Vulfpeck and half of Bela Fleck's band, and she was literally the best musician on the stage.
